An example of this approach is the HSS -High Specialization School project - designed as a link between Universities, Businesses and TILS. It specializes in Executive Education & Training and, in particular, in the development of expertise necessary for the management of innovative manufacturing/industrial processes, for energy management - such initiatives enable managers to support in-house growth in addition to facing the challenges of both the European and international markets.
