Workshop
TILS Workshops help customers to discuss
and build consensus around company objectives,
communicating company values to participants.
|
TILS workshops are based on a multi-level approach:
- We meet with top management to establish
workshop themes, structure, activities
and resources
- We work with managers to plan the
workshop in detail (including methodology,
format, content, length and tools)
- We give managers the opportunity to
actively participate in the implementation
of team building activities. This allows
managers to be closely involved in the
workshop, contributing their ideas and
committing to project objectives
- We design field activities for community-building
